Why I Practice Family & General Medicine
I completed my residency at Emory University and am Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. During my residency and in private practice I was able to work in a variety of areas of medicine from obstetrical care to intensive care, as well as with inpatient and outpatient care. I was drawn to outpatient care for a number of reasons. I enjoy working with a broad range of patients and having the opportunity to get to know them. I think good health is the result of a partnership between patients and their doctor. It is very gratifying to work with patients to achieve their health goals and see the results in their lifestyle. I'm human and believe the concept of 'balance' is important when thinking about your health and I work with patients to determine what balance works for them.

  Vinings is Home
My husband Aaron and I were drawn to the Vinings area when we first moved to Atlanta because it had a sense of community. Our restaurants are here, our friends are here and yes, the essential coffee shop also.

Interests Outside of Work

Outside of work we enjoy travel, football, gardening/landscaping, art, Italian food and spending time with our dog.
